Nueva is a Latina, female-led production company,
collaborating with talent and crew around the world to create
web series, music videos, film, recorded music, live events and immersive experiences.

Our mission is to provide events and content created by Latinos,
for lovers of Latino culture,
in locations where the local Latino population will benefit from our economic impact.

Nueva Productions was founded by Angelina Villapiano, also known as Miss Angelina.

After receiving her Theatre degree from Northwestern University, Angelina quickly realized that there was a severe lack of roles and content for Latino talent. Thus, she decided to go the route of the independent artist and create her own material.

Within her first few years living in New York City, she had written stand-up comedy, composed several original songs, directed two music videos, and produced a web series. She went on to found Nueva as the parent company to her many projects, focusing on producing content with a Latin flare.
Nueva has grown to include an impressive roster of cast and crew,
collaborating with Latino celebrities such as Charo, John Leguizamo and Tony Touch.
We're creating a buzz - our projects are featured in Deadline, LA Weekly, and El Vocero to name a few.
