We’ll meet at a park right on the beach, then set up our towels (or mats) on the sand.
In the morning, the waves and winds are calm and the sun is not too hot –
ideal conditions for an outdoor class.

Our teacher will then guide you through a gentle warm-up of rooting into the soft sand, stretching under the warm sun, and syncing the breath to the rhythm of the ocean. We’ll set intentions as we practice, moving through a Vinyasa flow to bring up the heart rate, strengthen our body and focus our mind.
